You have many options when choosing a floor finish

Polyaspastic
One Top Coat Flake System

.Local pricing starts at $6.50/sq.ft. and up based on the square footage, location, time needed, and prep of the Project Install.

Package includes:
All Floor prep including shotblasting, grinding, and crack filling.
​One coat of solid colour epoxy, one coat of flakes, and then ONE coat of polyaspartic top coat.

This is a 2 day process,
​and then 48 hours to cure before you can drive on it.

Pros of this Finish;
​This Finish has more Traction for less possible slipping (although all floor types are slippery when Wet). 
It has a 2 day install and a 2 day cure - for a faster process from beginning to finish.
​Cons: not as easy to clean as the Premium since it is not as smooth.

Polyaspartic
Two Top Coats Flake System

Local pricing starts at $8.00/sq.ft. and up based on the square footage, location, time needed, and prep of the Project Install.

Package includes:
All Floor prep including shot blasting, grinding, and crack filling.
One coat of solid colour epoxy, one coat of flakes, and then TWO coats of polyaspartic top coat. 

​This is a 3 day process,
and then 5 days to cure before you can drive on it. 
Note: You may walk on it after 2 days of curing, and you can put your contents back into the garage after 3 days of curing.

"Pros" of this Finish:
This Finish has a smoother appearance, creating a wow factor upon viewing. Easy to clean!
"Cons" of this Finish: 
The top clear coat May slightly yellow if exposed to a high amount of UV light for an extended period of time. 
When viewing from the garage door opening or outside, it will look perfectly stunning, but when viewing from your inside door to your house, the roller lines or imperfections may appear more noticeable due to the way the light shines on it. This will be less noticeable once your floor gets used for awhile.

Solid Color Epoxy System

Locally Approx. $5/sq.ft. - custom pricing based on the size, location, time needed, and prep of the Project Install.

Package includes:
​All Floor prep including shot blasting, grinding, and crack filling.

Two coats of Solid Color epoxy.

This is a 2 day process, 
​and then 48 hours to cure.

Pros: a cost effective solution when budget is priority. A great option for large industrial, commercial, or large shop buildings like airport hangers.
Creates a sanitary floor environment for indoor food areas, plant growing, and wineries.

Cons: Shows more imperfections in concrete then other coatings
​May chip easier then other coatings if items are dropped.

Ranges from $10-14/sq.ft. based on size, location, time needed, and prep of the Project Install.

Additional Extras

Extras include: Steps, Stairs, Concrete Walls, Concrete Border Lips, Poles, and Baseboard.
Pricing is custom based on size, time management, and detail.
